Shanghai Zhaoxin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. locates Pudong zone of Shanghai, we are processing factory, and our products main are fabrication and heavy steel structure. Our market is in all over the world, but main in Europe and USA.
Our company has rich experience of producing fabrication, we produced many products for HITACHI of Japan, including load and unload machines, some stainless steel products and steel structure. They are satisfied our quality and service. We produced many parts of stainless steel for SMEVA of Europe, and we also are partner of QUIXOTE of USA, we made many road railing. They are all satisfied our quality and service. We had cooperated with them for many years.
We have professional workers and technical engineers. We have 70 worker and 6 engineers. Our company owns a specialized R&D department which composed by professor and experience engineers. They are engaged in designing, researching and developing of every product.
We have many types of equipment for process, cutting equipment: laser cutting, CNC and plasma cutting, and normal cutting. Stamping: normal stamping machines and CNC punch, bending equipment: normal bending and CNC bending machine. We also have many weld machines. These equipments add experience workers; we have sufficient confidence to produce best quality products.
As to delivery question, we never delay any products of clients for several years, and the quality completely accord with the requirements of clients. In order to guarantee the product quality, the company has strictly control system. We have 4 quality controllers, first, in producing, workers and shop director check every program, and our quality controllers also check in producing, and also remark everything, at last our production manager check. When the product was confirmed OK, the products can be delivered out of factory.
